LOVELY VILLA NEAR PRIMOSTEN

This typical Dalmatian stone property is situated by the sea in the picturesque secluded bay of Sevid which is well known for its wonderful crystal clear waters. This beautiful setting offers guests the chance to relax in very peaceful surroundings. A path leads from the sea to the house. The beaches are suitable for children and the water is very calm. Guests can bring their own boat as there is a mooring facility located in front of the house.

A pathway leads up the house and into a very spacious open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area. There are also two terraces, one with BBQ / eating facilities with partial sea view/partial mountain view and the other with terrace furniture to sit and relax and take in the full sea view. Steps to the mid landing takes you to two bathrooms. The first floor contains 3 bedrooms (2 doubles and one twin) all with either sea or mountain views.

The villa provides an ideal base from which to explore the surrounding region which features such sites as the waterfalls of Krka National Park and the medieval cities of Sibenik with its magnificent Renaissance Cathedral as well as the UNESCO protected city of Trogir. The city of Split is also within easy reach. The villa would suit friends or a family wishing to relax in peaceful surroundings.
