These modern one bedroom Brac Island apartments are located close to the centre of the pretty seaside town of Postira and within walking distance from the beach. This low rise building (no lift) contains 15 apartments in total located either on the ground, first or second floors.
Each apartment consists of an open plan kitchen diner / lounge area, a bathroom and a double bedroom with doors opening onto a balcony. The balcony is also accessible from the lounge. Guests are entitled to complimentary use of facilities of the nearby hotel. These include the use of the swimming pool (available in 2017). Massage and rent-a-bike are available and subject to additional charges. The property would suit those looking for a relaxing stay within walking distance of the beach, bars and restaurants.
Postira is an excellent base from which to explore the rest of Brac Island. The ruins of an early Christian basilica at Lovrecina is just 4 km away and also accessible by a pedestrian pathway along the seafront. Other places of interest include the town of Bol to the south of the island known for a most popular beach the Zlatni rat (Golden Cape). Brac is easily accessible from the mainland with a frequent car ferry service operating all year.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from £0.92 per adult per night, and £0.46 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to a £25 booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Credit card payments (Visa or Mastercard) incur a credit card fee of 2% of the total amount of your booking. There is no surcharge for Debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.

Slightly confusing - although the apartment appeared to be managed by the Pastura hotel it was actually owned by Vrilo hotel - so any problems had to be reported to them and we couldn't charge anything at the Pastura.. Cleaning seemed slightly erratic - never sure when they were due so couldn't just leave towels on the floor as requested.
Impressed with: Still unspoilt, good food, cheap and friendly people.
Recommend: Rafting over at Omis. Bracera restaurant for squid chips and lovely salad.
Villa Comments. The apartments are not offered the same service as in the hotel so for example they are not cleaned every day, this is not included with self-catering apartments.

The property is very good and may have more confort simply adding dish washer and washing machine. More ovre the air coinditioning system located on the roof is a little bit noisy. People of the hotel are very nice and kind, always helpful.
