DELIGHTFUL DALMATIAN STONE VILLA IN BOL

This charming stone villa is located in a wonderful position in the very popular resort of Bol on the island of Brac. Offering views of the harbour and old town, the villa has been totally refurbished and offers guests comfortable accommodation in a stylish setting. The various cafes, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance of the villa as is the local beach. There is a regular boat service which departs from the harbour to take visitors out to the famous Golden Horn (Zlatni Rat) beach located 1km from the villa.

The property consists of on the ground floor a large eat in kitchen and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and views of the harbour. Stairs lead to a family sized bathroom on the midway landing and on the first floor there is a further double bedroom and a lounge with doors leading out onto a spacious terrace overlooking the harbour.

The property would make an ideal base for an older family or a group of friends who prefer to be within walking distance of the beach, restaurants and bars.
