Sir Roger Moore, the legendary actor most famous for his role as British secret agent James Bond, is currently in Dubrovnik.

The 81-year-old actor is in the popular tourist city to take part in the Julian Rachlin and Friends concert.

According to the Croatian Times, the Slobodna Dalmacija reported that the Spy Who Loved Me actor is soon set to undergo elbow surgery and joked to the news provider about his sling.

"I definitely won't be able to play the piano at the concert."

Mr Moore is said to have enjoyed a number of holidays to Croatia in recent years.

World renowned violinist Julian Rachlin holds an annual chamber music festival in the culture- rich hub of Dubrovnik.

He has performed with the world's elite including the Vienna Philharmonic, the London Symphony and the New York Philharmonic.

The Julian Rachlin and Friends Festival is on now and runs until September 12th.
