Autumn Croatia vacation advised
09 July 2009An autumn Croatia travel trip has been recommended by the editor of a publication on the country.
Visnja Arambasesc, who edits In Your Pocket's guide to Croatia, said that a holiday to the Dalmatia region in September and October gives people the chance to "see the [area] in its full beauty".
The travel expert suggested that all places in Dalmatia are "great to visit" during these two months.
Her comments coincide with British Airways offering cheap flights at that time of year to Dubrovnik, a city located on the southern edge of Dalmatia.
Holidaymakers who want to stay in Dubrovnik accommodation between September and December this year may be able to find a cut-price deal on their flights with Britain's flagship carrier if they book by July 14th.
Commenting on what makes a Dalmatia holiday ideal in the autumn, Ms Arambasesc said: "The weather is most pleasant during the period - the sea still has a good temperature, it's not so hot during the day and still there are quite a lot of cultural happenings to see."
