Bilic gives rooftop performance
21 April 2008Slaven Bilic, the manager of Croatia's football team, has performed on a rooftop in the centre of Split with his band Rawbau.
The former West Ham United player and his band played their latest song Vatreno Ludilo, which translates as Flaming Madness and has been dubbed as a possible football anthem.
However Bilic played this down, saying: "I don't think it's a new fan anthem it's just a fan song. I really adore music but I have to say that football is my life."
Bilic plays the guitar in the band but is also currently busy preparing his sides for the upcoming European Championships in Austria and Switzerland.
Croatia's fans are labelled the Vatreni which means firebrands, prompting the calls for Bilic's song to be adopted by the supporters in the tournament in the summer.
The Balkan side made it through to Euro 2008 at the expense of England, who they beat 3-2 at Wembley.
