Book Croatia holiday and catch Bon Jovi, Sting and Elton John live
03 June 2011Music fans looking for a destination for their summer holiday could pencil in Croatia after learning of two world-famous acts who are due to perform in the region over the coming weeks.
Next week, legendary US band Bon Jovi are scheduled to take to the stage at the Maksimir Stadium in Zagreb as part of their current world tour.
On the same day (June 8th), Sting will be performing just over the border in Serbia at the Belgrade Arena, while on July 2nd Elton John is set for a show in Ljubljana, Slovenia.
All of the acts are accessible for those staying in Croatian villas as part of a holiday in the sun this summer.
Attending a concert will also give tourists the chance to take in one of the country's neighbours, which also have plenty to offer in terms of history and culture.
Those seeking music of a more relaxed nature might like to travel to Dubrovnik on June 29th, when the International Opera Festival will start in the city.
