Book accommodation in Croatia ahead of Manu Chao concert
22 February 2011Fans of the unique musical act Manu Chao may wish to book accommodation in Croatia in order to catch a performance by the singer this spring.
Chao is to bring his world-renowned combination of punk, reggae and Spanish guitar to the stage in Zagreb on April 4th, the Croatian Times states, following a report by Vecernji List.
The artist – along with his two-man band – is to play the Zagreb Sport's Hall as part of his La Ventura tour, with tickets expected to be priced at 190 kunas (£21.52).
Travelling to Zagreb is seen as a promotion for Chao, as his last visit to Croatia saw him perform in Pula.
According to the news source, that gig was widely regarded as one of the best of the year, so the musician will play to a crowd in the capital this time.
Other famous singers to appear in Croatia this year include Elton John, who will also be in Zagreb this summer.
