Book accommodation in Croatia now for luxury wine event
17 January 2011Wine lovers are invited to book accommodation in Croatia and head to the capital city of Zagreb for an upcoming event that may be to their liking.
The Zagreb Wine Gourmet Festival 2011 will kick off on February 25th and last for two days, reports Guide2Croatia.
It notes the event will include wine tasting sessions, expert lectures, workshops and a series of culinary presentations, perhaps making it ideal for those who would like to know how to make better use of their alcoholic beverages.
In addition, it is simply a great chance for wine buffs to taste some of the finest wines on the market, the website suggests.
The festival will also include some emphasis on traditional gastronomic delights found in Croatia and other specialities.
Dubrovnik's Sour Orange Day – scheduled for February 2nd – is said to be another chance to sample some of the country's great wines, as well as its oranges.
