Budget airliner launches discount Dubrovnik flights

The budget airliner Jet2.com has launched a sale of discount flights to the Croatian hotspot of Dubrovnik.

Travellers from the UK have until next Monday (April 27th) to bag themselves a flight to the Adriatic resort from just £49.99 one way including all taxes and surcharges from Leeds Bradford Airport.

Dubrovnik, which boasts some of the best weather and beaches to be found in the Balkans, has become one of the continent's top holiday destinations in recent years.

Head of Jet2.com, Philip Meeson, commented: "For many people, financial uncertainties have put a real dampener on their summer holiday plans.

"We think everyone deserves a break and some guaranteed sunshine, which is why we have discounted flights across the summer holiday period."

An article in the internationally renowned Forbes magazine earlier this week ranked Croatia as one of the cleanest nations on the planet.
