Catch a top film on Dubrovnik holiday
29 June 2011Tourists taking Dubrovnik holidays next month may find they can catch a film while staying in accommodation in the city.
In conjunction with the Pula Film Festival, the Dubrovnik Tourist Board has noted that the movie White Countess will be shown in the southern Dalmatian city.
The production, which is part of the Europolis International Programme, is said to be an action-packed thriller and is directed by Giuseppe Capotondi.
It will be screened as one of many celebrations that are scheduled for the Dubrovnik Summer Festival and is due to be shown on July 25th at the Jadran cinema.
Catching the film is just one activity people can enjoy when visiting Dubrovnik during its annual festival, as a host of other musical, theatre and dance performances are anticipated in the ancient city.
The festival will get underway on July 10th with a special performance by Croatian singer Goran Koran.
