Check out Montenegro's "picturesque coastline"
24 January 2011People about to book a holiday who are looking at what accommodation Montenegro has to offer might be interested to note that one writer believes the area's "picturesque coastline" to be its main attraction.
Having just returned from the region, the Daily Mail's Karen Rockett explained that there are 72 miles of beaches that sun-worshippers can soak up the rays on, as well as lots of ancient towns for the more adventurous to explore and over a thousand islands to survey.
But that's not all - Montenegro is also a draw for the rich and famous, with Ms Rockett revealing she and her family happened across none other than Morgan Freeman himself while on vacation.
"Montenegro, with its magnificent Adriatic coastline, has long been a mecca for glamorous types," she observed.
Montenegro is located to the south of Croatia, with other nations visitors to the region can realistically travel to including Bosnia and Serbia.
