Croatia offers a cheaper family beach holiday

New research from the Post Office has found that half of British tourists are looking to save money, with kids' beach items often causing parents to spend more than they had intended.
A study into the purchase of six items, including buckets, spades and lilos found that Croatian holidaymakers spend just under £20, where as in Greece it could set parents back as much as £56.
Croatia's stunning beaches on the Adriatic coast have made it incredibly popular with British holidaymakers in recent years.
It is not only the money for children's items that many may find they are saving when holidaying in Croatia.
Restaurants and cafes regularly offer great bargains, meaning a family can enjoy their time away without worrying that they are breaking the bank.
