Croatia 'the European version of Florida'

Each year, many people from all over the world visit Florida on the east coast of the US - and now Croatia has been described as the European version of the sunshine state.

Property management and advisory firm Keter Invest referred to this term as it reported this week that there has been an "influx of real estate investors looking for a luxury home" in Croatia.

Those who want to check out what the country has to offer - with the possible aim of buying property in the country later down the line - may wish to stay in Croatian villas in the Istria region while on a summer holiday there.

According to the real estate group, a Croatia travel experience is something many people undertake every year.

"Croatia's impeccable weather, climate and lush environment are reliable factors to draw tourists to the country," it added.
