Croatian ER heartthrob in battle over model daughter

Star of hit US TV show ER Goran Visnjic is involved in a dispute with a former lover who is entering his two-year-old daughter into the world of modelling, it has been reported.

According to contactmusic.com the actor does not want his young daughter to become a fashion model.

It has been reported that British model agency Models Direct has signed the youngster and Mr Visnjic is now said to be taking legal action.

His lawyer Marijan Hanzekovic said: "We have warned Mirela Rupic about using the baby for promotional purposes."

TV actor Visnjic is one of the most popular screen stars from Croatia, having appeared in comic book movie Electra alongside Jennifer Garner.

He can next be seen in Helen, opposite Ashley Judd.
