Croatian company reaches 100,000 customers
29 October 2008Croatian television channel provider T-Hrvatski Telekom (T-HT) announced its client base has increased to 100,000 for its MAXtv IPTV product, it has been reported.
This represents a rise of 40 per cent since the end of June this year, according to IPTV News.
Irena Jolic-Simovic, chief executive officer of T-HT's fixed-line division T-Com, told the online resource the company was "delighted" by the figures.
She adds: "[The product] has built such a large customer base in only two years and [we] will continue to offer innovative new services and new programme packages that will make it even more attractive."
The news provider says MAXtv, which began in September 2006, offers a range of features including more than 100 local and international channels and a video on demand library.
Broadband TV News says the service has now also become available to clients who just have a fixed telephone line.
