Easter holiday in Dubrovnik 'can include classical concert'

Travellers who opt to take a holiday in Dubrovnik over next month's Easter break can enjoy a delightful classical music concert in the city during their break.

That is because the Dubrovnik Chamber Trio is putting on a special event at the Domino Church on April 23rd, with a scheduled start of 21:00 local time.

It is said that the performance will feature a range of English and French baroque music, which could please continental visitors.

Meanwhile, the work of Mozart and Beethoven will also play a strong part in the proceedings, with some of the pair's most famous symphonies likely to be showcased.

Attending the concert may be seen as a bonus by those planning to spend Easter in accommodation in Dubrovnik, as the city is renowned for its traditional festive celebrations.

These include the giving of gift eggs and olive twigs, as well as a ceremonial procession through the streets of the resort.
