Writing on drownedinsound.com under the handle of Banjo Rinse, the contributor said they "can't wait" for next year's event, for which planning has already started.
Highlights of the 2008 event included simple pleasures such as enjoying a 90p cappuccino and a fresh octopus salad, while looking out to the Adriatic in the midday sun.
According to the blogger, pizza made from scratch and barbequed fish caught that day could also be enjoyed while taking in musicians such as Adem, King Creosote and Pictish Trail.
Petrcane, the city which hosts the festival, was also described as "beautiful".
The Electric Elephant is organised by the Electric Chair club in Manchester, England, in conjunction with music labels Fence Collective, Red Bricks and The Local.
