Flybe announces Croatia summer routes
31 March 2009The budget air carrier Flybe has begun operating its summer service to the Croatian hotspots of Dubrovnik and Croatia.
From this week, Flybe will give holidaymakers the opportunity to book discount flights from a variety of UK-based airports to either of the Adriatic locations.
One-way fares start from £21.99 including all taxes and charges and are available until October 24th.
Chief commercial officer of the company, Mike Rutter, suggested that more people could choose to holiday in Europe this summer.
He commented: "Flybe recognises that times are tough for travel planning this year with families especially having to keep a close eye on their holiday budgets.
"People are reassessing their holiday habits this year and many more of us are looking closer to home for our annual getaway."
Travellers looking to visit Croatia from the US have until tonight (March 31st) to book a discounted travel ticket with British Airways from New York to Dubrovnik.
