Ivanisevic's Croatian villa to be sold
10 April 2008Tennis player Goran Ivanisevic's Croatian villa in Split is being sold, it has emerged.
Worth eight million euros, the villa was on offer at the recent Croatia Property Show after Ivanisevic moved to Los Angeles because of a love affair scandal.
Plenty of expensive villas are on offer at the show, the majority of which are in Dubrovnik, Split, Ciovo, Triogir and Istria, reports Javno.
A villa on offer in Dubrovnik will set buyers back 4.7 million euros, but many Croatian villas are available to live in during a holiday for cheaper prices.
Of the17 luxury Croatian villas on the island of Solta, four have already been sold.
Boats were also on show at the event and there are also rumours that top Croatian basketball player Dino Radjo is considering opening a representation office for boats in Split.
The nine day Croatian Property Show, being held in Split, ends on April 14th.
