Jabba Street Festival to bring music to Zagreb

An event that will bring urban culture and amateur sport to the streets of Zagreb is set to get underway tomorrow (September 4th).

Various entertainment spectacles will be on show throughout the Jabba Street Festival which begins with a breakdancing contest on Friday night, according to the Croatian Times.

Urban artists and DJs from all around the globe will be in attendance at the event, which is designed to promote creativity in Croatia's youth.

International talent at the event will include Parisian DJ Missill as well as DJ Craze, who will be travelling from the United States as he attempts to win the festival's turntabling contest for an unprecedented fourth consecutive year.

Those renting a Croatian villa will be able to attend the event and soak up the atmosphere.

Zagreb is a cosmopolitan city that has tourists a whole host of cultural offerings, including a stand-up comedy festival which begins on September 10th.
