Movie films on location in Croatia

The Adriatic coast of Croatia should be widely seen across many film screens over the next year, as a movie is currently being shot in the region.

Heaven On Earth commenced shooting last week and film crews will spend four weeks on location.

The movie, which stars Bristol Pomeroy and Maya Sansa, is set to be released early next year, reports Screen Daily.

Heaven On Earth will tell the story of a young couple who are experiencing relationship difficulties and trying to resolve them while on a Croatian holiday.

This means that many of the Balkan country's main tourist hotspots are likely to be seen on the screen.

The movie is being jointly produced by France-based Shilo Films and the Croatian company Maxima Films.

Croatia's Adriatic coast recently received positive publicity from Dave Richardson of TTG Live, who described it as a great place to take a holiday at an affordable price.
