Naked cruise in Croatia 'is a top holiday treat of 2010'

A cruise designed for naturists that could be part of many people's summer holidays in Croatia has been singled out for special recognition by one publication.

The eWaterways journey that sets sail from Split on June 11th is one of the top ten places to get naked in 2011, according to 4Hoteliers magazine.

It notes the eight-day extravaganza running along Croatia's enchanting Dalmatian coast is an ideal way to see more of the popular country while getting a little closer to nature.

The voyage will include stopovers on some of the most popular islands that lie in the Adriatic Sea, as well as plenty of opportunities for swimming, sunbathing, walking and cycling, the magazine states.

People who book themselves on to the cruise will find it could form part of a longer holiday in Croatia, giving them time to explore some of the nation's fascinating inland areas.

Other popular events on the Dalmatian coast this summer are likely to include the Garden Festival, which was recently described as "sublime" by Red Hot Velvet.
