26 January 2011People for whom religion is important may find they will enjoy themselves greatly should they decide to book accommodation in Croatia for next week.
The Dubrovnik Tourist Board explains the city's cathedral is set to host a ceremonial mass and concert next Wednesday (February 2nd).
It will feature performances by the cathedral's church choir, while other religious leaders could be in line to speak or make presentations.
Individuals planning to attend the special event may wish to make a note that it is due to get underway at 17:30 local time.
As well as the gathering in the cathedral, tourists might like to use their stay in Dubrovnik as a chance to take in more of the historic city.
Some of its highlights include the cobbled streets and red rooftops of the Old Town area, the neighbouring Mount Srd and the opportunity to take ferry rides to some of the beautiful islands located in the nearby Adriatic Sea.
