Sailing specialists announce new Pula getaway
21 January 2009Visitors to Croatia this summer will be pleased to hear of a new sailing attraction set to open in the region of Pula.
To compliment its existing bases in Dubrovnik and Kremik, Sunsail will be offering yachting and sailing trips along the Adriatic coastline from May.
Holidaymakers interested in exploring the delights of the region will also no doubt be fascinated by Pula's intriguing cultural history and spectacular scenery.
Managing director of Sunsail, Cheryl Powell, commented: "This stunning
area offers the best of everything Croatian, combining bustling towns with a fascinating cultural heritage with deserted islands and beautiful bays."
The company added that the Adriatic's coasts attractions - such as its seemingly never-ending coastline and white, sandy beaches - were absolutely "timeless".
Earlier this week, KentOnline reported that the county's international airport was expecting a surge in travellers looking for a good value break overseas to visit Croatia this summer.
