Sale on flights to Croatia may tempt holidaymakers
07 January 2011British Airways has launched a sale that includes a reduction in price for flights to Croatia and could tempt tourists to book a break.
The UK's national flag carrier is offering reductions on its services from Britain to the ancient city in the far south of Croatia.
Perhaps the best news of all for travellers is that the sale runs until January 25th, so there is still 18 days to decide on whether to head to the Balkan nation.
However, it may be worth noting that the airline recommends Dubrovnik as one of its top spots to enjoy a city break.
Among the benefits of visiting the Dalmatian coast at this time of year are a strong supply of warm winter sun and a host of special events.
For example, Dubrovnik is gearing up to host its annual carnival, while January 28th sees the popular Night of the Museums festival return.
