Soundwave Festival can be basis of "gorgeous" holiday in Croatia
09 March 2011Tourists who fancy catching some top-quality music on their Croatia holiday this summer should book a trip to coincide with the Soundwave Festival.
Perhaps the best news for those heading to the event is that, in the opinion of Guide2Croatia, it is set in a particularly "gorgeous" part of the country.
With an amphitheatre and a beach-side terrace in place, the venue at Petrcane, near Zadar, may be considered one of the world's iconic festival homes.
And when the performances draw to a close at the end of each night, a 600-capacity club on site ensures the partying does not have to stop.
Among the highlights of this year's line-up, according to the website, is Roots Manuva, as well as Mr Scruff and Bonobo.
Festival goers looking for something a little different to Soundwave could instead opt for the Garden Festival, which is set to take place in Croatia between July 6th and 13th.
