Split exhibition could be of interest to Croatian holidaymakers
21 January 2010An exhibition of art, as well as a live performance, will be taking place in Croatia tomorrow (January 22nd) which could be of interest to anybody currently travelling in Split.
Croatian art collector Ivica Karnicic is presenting the event, which will be held at the Fotoklub gallery in the historic port city, according to the Croatian Times.
Mr Karnicic is aiming to show what he believes has gone wrong with the world, both economically and politically, in recent years through his work.
"He believes it is necessary to change both current economic policy and the people responsible for it", states the newspaper.
The exhibition, which will remain open until January 28th, could be the perfect way to spend an afternoon while on a break at a Croatian villa or waterfront property in the Balkans.
Croatia could be a good choice of holiday destination for any art lovers with a range of displays regularly available - such as the Christmas exhibition recently held in Zagreb.
