Tickets on sale for U2 Zagreb gig next week
19 March 2009Tickets for U2's performance in Zagreb are to go on sale from next week, it has been revealed.
The legendary Irish foursome, fronted by the evergreen Bono, are to play at the Croatian capital's Maksimir arena on August 10th.
Those planning on attending the concert should keep March 27th free, as this is when tickets will go on sale to the general public.
Entry for the stadium's north grandstand will set music-lovers back by about 250 kuna, while VIP tickets are available for up to 2,000 kuna.
The support performance at the event will be provided by fellow Irish rockers Snow Patrol, who shot to fame with their album Final Straw in 2003.
Visitors from the US who are planning on travelling to Croatia for the performance will be pleased to know that British Airways is offering discount flights between New York and Dubrovnik for those holidaymakers who book before March 31st.
