Travel to Croatia to see Shakira live in concert

Pop music fans might have a holiday to Croatia on their minds after learning that Colombian songstress Shakira is to play in the country this spring.

She will perform hits such as Hips Don't Lie and She Wolf in the capital city of Zagreb on May 11th as part of an upcoming tour.

And fans can be there to see the show if they book tickets and travel to Croatia in time for the gig.

According to the Croatian Times, it will be the second time Shakira has taken to the stage in the country, following a production in Velika Gorica in 2006.

News of the show is the latest potential reason for music fans to book accommodation in Croatia and head to the country.

British singer-songwriter Elton John has also included the nation on his tour this summer and will be in Zagreb for a July 3rd concert.
