Winter fashion seen in Zagreb

The winter being experienced in Croatia is impacting the fashion being displayed in the country.

According to javno.com, the centre of Croatian capital Zagreb has seen young ladies stepping out in winter boots, to capitalise on the fashion footwear while protecting themselves from the elements.

The news provider noted: "The cold morning did not prevent trend setters to come out and show off their latest combinations, such as colourful caps, scarves and gloves."

In addition, the source claimed that the women's caps showed the most variety of colours and shapes, with styles seen on the streets of Zagreb including French berets, Russian hats and woollen caps - although all had the common point of being warm.

The publication also claimed some girls braved the cold in short skirts, albeit while still covering up with winter boots.

In other news, javno.com also reported that the Zagreb’s Gallery Christmas Eve party featured female Santa Clause entertainers, while singers Nered and Martina Vrbos ensured the club had the right festive atmosphere.
