This breathtakingly spacious villa is located on the sea front and boasts stunning views to the islands of Supetar, Bobara, and the bay of Cavtat. Located approximately 15 minutes drive south of Dubrovnik, the centrepiece of the villa is its impressive 92 square metre lounge which leads directly out onto a magnificent sea facing terrace. The villa has been recently renovated and now offers extremely comfortable accommodation with superb hand-made wood furnishings. Being one of the largest privately owned villas available to rent near Dubrovnik, the villa provides ideal accommodation for large groups or for families or friends who wish to holiday together.

The villa is set on two levels and is approached via a single road leading down from the main road to the villa and sea. There is a large car parking area in which to park up to 5 cars and the villa is entered via a rear door into a spacious hallway from which radiate two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a room with a bunk bed and a separate shower room. The hallway leads through to the magnificent lounge area which features a dining section which can seat up to 24 persons. Four French doors lead out from the lounge and onto the spacious sea facing terrace. The modern contemporary kitchen is accessed from the lounge and features a table which can seat up to 6 persons. A utility room off the kitchen contains a washer and dryer.

An outside staircase to the side of the house leads down past a large BBQ area and to the lower area of the villa. This section of the house contains one central corridor off which are located four double bedrooms each with an en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette and balcony overlooking the sea. There is also a children’s room complete with 2 bunk beds and en-suite shower room. A second utility room housing a washing machine and dryer is located on this level. Stairs lead from this level down to the beach. Car hire is also recommended at this villa.
