Featured on the Channel 4 programme "Selling Houses Abroad", this attractive one bedroom apartment is one of 5 apartments situated in a recently refurbished villa located in the hill-top village of Gornji Brgat, just 15 minutes drive from Dubrovnik. Offering guests stunning views of the surrounding countryside and Adriatic Sea in the distance, the property would suit those looking to holiday in a relaxing mountainous retreat yet be within easy access of Dubrovnik city and the surrounding area.

There are two one-bedroom apartments located on either the lower ground or first floor. Each apartment consists of a double bedroom, an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area with doors leading out either onto a sea facing terrace or balcony. There is also a separate bathroom. Guests have the possibility either to take a studio apartment (villa code DU052C) consisting of an open plan kitchen diner lounge area with double bed, separate bathroom and terrace with sea view for a 20% reduction off the one bedroom apartment price or, upgrade to a larger one bedroom apartment (villa code DU052B) with a more spacious terrace for an additional 30% on the price of the one bedroom apartment. All the apartments have access to the shared pool situated in the garden.

Attractions nearby include the historical towns of Dubrovnik and Cavtat, excursions to off shore islands such as Mljet and the Elaphite islands as well as a day trips to Montenegro and Mostar to name but a few.
