Guest staying here would be able to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst enjoying the distant sea views, yet be within 10 minutes drive of Cavtat or 25 minutes drive of Dubrovnik.
Guests park their cars just outside the property and enter via a stone gravel path up to the main cottage. The entrance is located to the rear where guests walk up three steps into a very spacious and stylish lounge / kitchen / dining area with French doors opening out onto an ornamental balcony offering fabulous sea views. Stairs from this level lead down to the lower ground floor where there is a lovely spacious double bedroom with ground floor terrace and a separate and unique modern bathroom featuring exposed stone walls and a roll top bath. The separate second bedroom annexe is located a few metres away from the main cottage across a stone path where guests enter into another stylish double bedroom featuring a kitchenette and ornamental balcony with sea views. Stairs down to the lower ground floor lead to the shower room. Outside there are plenty of seating and dining areas including a covered raised terrace offering guests wonderful views of the surrounding area whilst also providing the ideal spot for outdoor entertaining.
The property would suit a couple or two couples looking to relax in peaceful surroundings whilst at the same time be within easy access of areas of interest. Attractions within the region include the historical towns of Dubrovnik and Cavtat, excursions to off shore islands such as Mljet and the Elaphite islands. A little further a field, day trips to Montenegro and Mostar are also possible and worth a visit.
