Product & Marketing Executive

The Role:
Reporting to the Managing Director, this is a highly varied and interesting position whereby the successful candidate would be managing the product and marketing activities of the company. Primary responsibilities include the strengthening and diversification of products offered, whilst also managing online and offline advertising and marketing. The position involves foreign travel and the successful candidate will have worked within a similar position within the travel industry. The role offers great scope for personal development and as such would suit an ambitious, professional individual looking for an involved product and marketing role.
Skills and Experience:
  • A high level of written English and numeracy is essential for this role.
  • Ability to design and create original marketing material to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Editing and proof reading skills.
  • Proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
  • Must be self-motivated and work well under pressure.
  • Experience in working with computer reservations systems.
  • Experience and knowledge of the travel industry.
  • Computer Literate – Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong analytical and administrative skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is essential.
  • A driving license is essential.

Job title:

Reservations Consultant

Location:
N22 6XJ, London
The Role:
The position of Reservations Consultant involves all aspects of selling villa and apartment rentals by answering incoming e-mail and telephone enquiries with a strong emphasis on using your product knowledge to recommend the most suitable villa or apartment to the customer's requirements. Using our in-house reservation system the Reservations Consultant will manage online bookings, raise customer invoices, work closely with other departments, liaise with suppliers and carry out general office duties.
Skills and Experience:
  • Must be self-motivated and work well under pressure
  • Pleasant telephone manner
  • Experience in working with computer reservation systems
  • Computer literate - With experience of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong analytical and administrative skills
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Knowledge of Croatia as a country is advantageous but not essential
