This recently renovated Dalmatian stone house is located in the small picturesque fishing village of Sumartin and offers scenic views of the village and sea as well as being within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Boat hire can also be arranged locally.The property would suit a family or group of friends.

Decorated to a high standard, this charming property consists of an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge on the ground floor, 3 bedrooms (two on the first floor and one on the second floor), 2 bathrooms and one guest cloakroom. The property also has a large garden complete with swimming pool. The nearest beach is less than 10 minutes walk away.
