This pretty tall stone house, accommodating 3 apartments for rent, is located on the waterfront in Kastel Stafilic which sits within easy reach of Split airport and the UNESCO protected town of Trogir. Kastel Stafilic is one of 7 fortresses that were built between Split and Trogir around the 16th century. Today, after a major investment programme, it is a charmingly restored seaside town. The one bedroom apartment would suit a family with a child or a couple looking for a romantic stay.

The building consists of 3 floors where each floor contains one apartment. A studio apartment (TG021A) is located on the ground floor and 2 x one bedroom apartments are located on the first and second floor. The one bedroom apartments are decorated with attractive furnishings and feature exposed stone walls. Guest walk into an L shaped open plan kitchen diner lounge area with sea views on two sides. There is a double bedroom to the rear and separate shower room. The top (fourth floor) is a private apartment not used for renting.

There are plenty of beaches within the area for swimming which are also suitable for families with young children. Other activities available nearby include scuba diving, snorkelling, wind surfing, bike hire as well as skippered boat hire all of which can be arranged locally.
