This three bedroom house is located in the charming fishing village of Maslinica on the lovely wooded island of Solta. As well as harbouring a number of restaurants and cafes, Maslinica is also well known for its extremely attractive 18th century palace. Once the holiday retreat of the Austrian nobility, the palace has now been restored to a beautiful harbourside restaurant offering international cuisine and wines. Solta is easily accessible from Split via a car ferry or a catamaran.

The pretty villa is accessed via a road with parking for two cars available towards the rear of the villa. Approximately 10 steps up from the parking guests arrive at the front door. Guests enter directly into the open plan split level kitchen diner lounge area with doors leading out onto a pool and sea facing terrace. There is also a separate shower room on this level. The first floor features one double bedroom with balcony and park view, one twin room with harbour view and one double room with terrace and harbour view. This floor also features a separate shower room with washing machine. Access to the pool is from the lounge onto a terrace and down a small flight of steps to the pool area with sea views.

It is an easy walk down the hill to the beach or to the village. The house makes an ideal place for guests looking to stay somewhere truly authentic and close enough to be within walking distance of cafes and restaurants. Solta is easily accessible by car ferry (approximately 35 minute journey) from Split.
