villa in Croatia was recently listed as one of the top 15 best
beach houses around the world by The Observer newspaper. Bright and spacious with direct access to the
sea, this three storey
villa boasts far reaching panoramic views of the
sea and islands
Solta, Veli and Mali Drvenik to name but a few. It also has a very pretty garden with olive, fig, lemon and orange trees and a stone-built BBQ makes for ideal relaxed outdoor entertaining. Access to the
beach from the property is via a lavender filled stone stairway leading through the garden gate directly to the
sea. The property is divided into two spacious apartments and lends itself well for
rental by two families or a large group. Guests can bring their own boat as mooring facilities are offered directly in front of the
villa.
Apartment 1 is located on the first and second floor and is accessed via a front door into a small hallway and onto a very spacious open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area. There are four sets of French doors leading from this room out onto the main terrace which offers a superb
sea view. Also located on this floor, off the hallway, is a shower room. The second floor consist of three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), one bathroom which is en-suite with one of the double bedrooms and a separate toilet. All bedrooms have their own
sea-facing balconies.
Apartment 2 is located on the ground floor and is accessed via an external staircase from the main terrace at
apartment 1. This comprises of an extremely spacious open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area, two bedrooms (one double and one twin) both with en-suite bathrooms. French doors from the lounge lead out onto a pretty shady terrace with
sea views.
