5 Bedroom sea front villa near Trogir sleeps 10-11
This three storey bright and spacious Croatian villa offers direct access to the sea as well as far reaching panoramic views of the Adriatic and islands Solta, Veli and Mali Drvenik to name but a few. It also has a very pretty garden with olive, fig, lemon and orange trees and a stone-built BBQ, ideal for outdoor entertaining. Access to the beach from the property is via a lavender filled stone stairway leading through the garden via a gate and opening directly to the beach and sea. The property is divided into two spacious apartments and lends itself well for rental by two families or a large group. Guests can bring their own boat as mooring facilities are offered directly in front of the villa.
Guests arrive at the property via a village road, parking is located to the rear of the villa. From the parking area, three steps down lead to the main entrance door for Apartment 1 which opens into a hallway with separate shower room. From the hallway guests enter into a very spacious open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area. There are four sets of French doors leading from this room out onto the main terrace which offers a superb sea view.
The second floor consist of three bedrooms (two doubles and one twin), one bathroom which is en-suite with one of the double bedrooms and a separate toilet. All bedrooms have their own sea-facing balconies.
An external staircase from the main terrace at Apartment 1 leads down to the shaded sea view terrace located in front of Apartment 2. French doors from this terrace open into apartment 2 which consists of an extremely spacious open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area, two bedrooms (one double and one twin) both of which have en-suite showerooms.
The village of Seget-Vranjica is approximately 20 minutes from Split airport. Car hire is recommended at this villa which provides an ideal base from which to explore the area.
