Four bedroom family villa with pool in Hvar Town

These newly built villas are situated in a relatively quiet part of Hvar town within a short walk to the nearest beach and a 25 minute walk into Hvar town along a coastal path. There are four villas in total. Two villas have four bedrooms and three bathrooms and the other two are slightly more spacious inside having four bedrooms and four bathrooms. There is a supplement payable in advance to stay at the larger villas (see below).

Each villa is decorated with attractive and comfortable furnishings and consists of, on the ground floor, a twin bedroom with separate shower room, an open plan kitchen / diner / lounge area with French doors leading out into a private garden with pool and sundeck area. The first floor consists of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, one double bedroom with French doors leading out onto a first floor terrace, a twin bedroom, and a further separate bathroom. The larger villas have the same ground floor layout except that the bedroom is a double bedroom. The first floor in the larger villas consists of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and French doors leading out onto the first floor terrace, and two further double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms. At all the villas stairs from the garden area lead up the first floor terrace.

Prices listed below are for the smaller villas. To upgrade to the larger villas there is a supplement payable to Croatian Villas from £25 - £55 per day depending on the season. Please refer to the price list below for more details.
