This luxury villa near Dubrovnik, constructed of Brac Island white stone, is set above the coastal town of Mlini and offers guests spectacular views from its many terraces and balconies as well as the fabulous indoor-outdoor pool, one of the largest private pools in the Dubrovnik region. Located within 20 minutes drive from Dubrovnik old town, this sprawling villa set within 1000 square meters of Mediterranean landscaped garden offers plenty of space to relax in as well as providing a great opportunity to indulge in plenty of outdoor entertaining.
Guests enter the accommodation through an electric gate in to a rear driveway where there is garage parking for up to 3 cars. Across the paved driveway guests enter the front door in to the ground floor hallway. This floor contains a shower room with toilet, kitchen, an elegant lounge decorated with antique furniture and decorative pieces and a separate dining room with doors opening up onto an L-shaped sea facing terrace, part of which is shaded with seating. Guests can also exit the dining room via a separate door onto the outdoor dining, summer kitchen and BBQ patio.
The ground floor contains the stairs to the first floor. Here guests will find three bedrooms: a double bedroom with en-suite shower room, a bedroom with a double bed plus single bed (so sleeping 3 in total) and en-suite shower room, and a double bedroom with sea views, a walk in wardrobe and a dramatic en-suite black marble bathroom with Jacuzzi bath offering one of the best bathtub views in Croatia!. Additionally on this floor there is a very comfortable lounge with bar from which guests can access a sea facing balcony stretching the entire front of villa.
Guests enter the pool area, set above the terraced Mediterranean garden, via stairs going down from the ground floor. Encased on 3 sides by glass with patio doors opening out onto a terrace leading down into the garden, the generously sized heated pool features a Jacuzzi and a swim up mini bar with seating. A gym area situated at one end of the pool is equipped with an exercise bike, treadmill, television, sauna, pool side shower and additional toilet. Thai Massages can also be arranged at the villa.The outside sun terrace has stairs leading down to the extensive garden.
Entered either from the garage or the ground floor terrace is a further sleeping area, a studio apartment with double bed, open plan kitchen / diner and separate shower room. The village of Mlini, offers waterside restaurants serving locally caught fresh fish, great beaches and watersports including scuba diving and wind surfing. There is a passenger ferry that runs to Cavtat, Dubrovnik and Lokrum from Mlini harbour providing a relaxed way to explore the neighbouring towns.
