Three bedroom apartment with stunning views near Dubrovnik sleeps 6-8

This stunning duplex apartment is located in the seaside village of Orasac approximately 20 minutes’ drive from Dubrovnik city. Offering stunning views and a spacious interior, the property would suit those looking for a peaceful location yet be within easy access of all that this region has to offer.

The villa is approached from the main coastal road through the village of Orasac and into a parking area located to the side of the property. A flight of stairs from the parking area lead up to the main entrance of this upper apartment and into a hallway (discrete owner’s use private apartment below which does not encroach on guest stay). From here guests enter into a spacious lounge with 2 sets of patio doors opening out onto sea facing terraces one of which features a gas BBQ whilst the other features an outdoor dining table and chairs. From the lounge, a door leads into a separate dining room followed by a separate kitchen. There is also a shower room accessed from the hallway.

The first floor features a twin bedroom to the rear. There are also two double bedrooms, one of which contains an en-suite shower room and both double bedrooms feature doors leading out onto sea facing balconies. There is also a further separate shower room and a study room with a single sofa bed plus an additional fold away bed.

The accommodation would suit a family or group of friends looking to stay within easy access of Dubrovnik. Car hire is recommended if staying at this villa.  The nearest beach is within 5 minutes drive and features the charming Caffe Bar Hawaii surrounded by fantastic clear water and a small harbour providing the opportunity to go on private boat excursions to explore the serene islands of Sipan, Lopud and Kolocep.  In addition to visiting the splendid historical city of Dubrovnik, the nearby 63 acre Arboretum at Trsteno is well worth a visit. Other trips for consideration include excursions to off shore islands such as Mljet and the Elaphite islands as well as day trips/excursions to Montenegro and Mostar.
