Excellent.  The owner of the property couldn't do enough for us. She there to greet us on arrival and also on departure even though it was 7.30am ! and insisted on helping with our luggage. when we arrived she had organised a huge basket of fruit along with a fridge full of much appreciated items like milk, tomatoes, cheese, orange juice etc. as well as tea, coffee and bread. She popped by a couple of times during the week to make sure all was ok. We really appreciate all that she did and can't thank here enough.

Impressed with: This was our 3rd visit to the Orebic region. We love the climate, the spectacular scenery and the friendly local people
Not impressed with: The biting insects. Lots of them.
Favourite villa moment: Drinking our early morning coffee sat on the terrace watching and listening to the sea which was virtually on our doorstep.

An ice-cube tray in the freezer would have been useful (but I made my own ice without too much problem). There is a bit of an ant problem in the kitchen - but the place is on a beach so a few wee beasties are to be expected.

Nothing occurs to me except maybe a small file with details of local amenities, opening hours etc. Owner was usually nearby so we just asked her but some people might find it useful.

Owner was very helpful and considerate indeed, exceptionally solicitous and gave us some good tips about where to eat.

Impressed with: Lovely coastline, good food and drink, friendly people, interesting history.
Not impressed with: Prices for meals were similar to London.
Recommend:All restaurants of a good standard but with two small kids, we didn't go out too much.
Favourite villa moment: Our swim before breakfast every day.

Everything was perfect! The property is absolutely perfect! We couldn't imagine a perfect little beach house! Highly recommend this little gem to everybody. Caretaker was extremely kind and helpful! She did everything to make our stay perfect and then some. Thank you very much for such a lovely stay!

The house was absolutely fantastic. We were in a perfect location to be close enough to the main Terstinic beach but with our own privacy and view of the sea. The kids were extremely comfortable in the living room, and with such a beautiful and comfortable outside living area we did not need ot change the inside lvining room back into a living space at all. The hospitality of the owner was also fantastic.

The beach house suited our small family's needs perfectly. It was in a great location not too far from town but still peaceful and quiet with its garden overlooking the sea. The owner made us feel very welcome and the property was clean and very well presented.

Great property, expensive related to size / sleeping capacity but unbeatable position right on the beach. We spent a wonderful week. Manager was extremely helpful, and the apartment was well equipped with kitchenware and, towels, iron and ironing table, washing products. Moreover she provided food basics so we could have breakfast the first morning without having to shop. She lives next door and was always there to help us.

Impressed with: Beautiful and well preserved coastline.
Not impressed with: The queues for the car ferry
Recommend: We ate in several places in Orebic and they were all good. Crossing to Korcula is a must. Recommend a boat excursion, group or individual, to the small islands around Orebic and if you don't mind a drive a visit and a meal to Ston and Mali Ston
Favourite villa moment: Last night in the villa, clear sky and no moon, watching shooting stars from our coutyard
