The property is divided into 6 modern apartments and is set in 3000square metres of mature scented gardens where there are plenty of areasto sunbathe and enjoy the scenery. Picnic tables and lounge chairs aredotted around the garden where guests can find their own private spot toeat, sit and relax. A gate from the garden leads down to the beach. Theproperty offers mooring facilities for guests who would like to bringtheir own boat.
The property KV006C is a bungalow situated in thegrounds of the villa premises and comes with its own private lawnedgarden for exclusive use of the guests staying here. In addition thereis a sea-facing terrace area which can seat up to 6 persons. Theinterior consists of a large open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area with asofa bed for two, a family bathroom, two double bedrooms and a sunnyconservatory. Use of the pool is shared with other guests staying in theapartments. The property would suit a family or group of friends.
A studio apartment (KV006A) for 2 and a larger one bedroom apartment for 4 (KV006B) are also bookable in the main villa.
The following activities can be organised locally: Tennis, waterskiing, diving, rafting in Gorski Kotor (near Slovenian border) as well as various excursions such as day trips to the Plitvice Lakes, Brijuni islands, Rab island, Venice , PostojnaCaves in Slovenia, Istrian tour, Zagreb day trip, Krk island by boatincluding lunch. Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from £0.92 per adult per night, and £0.46 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to a £25 booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

For online bookings, payment can be made by credit or debit card. Credit card payments (Visa or Mastercard) incur a credit card fee of 2% of the total amount of your booking. There is no surcharge for Debit card payments. All major currencies are accepted when paying online by credit card.

Excellent. A lovely setting with great access to the sea. The owners could not have been more helpful. They were horrified that one of the air conditioning units was not working (the apartment had one in every room) and immediately arranged for it to be repaired, despite it being a Sunday.
Impressed with: Beautiful coastline, very good value for money.
Not impressed with: Some traffic congestion on the main roads on Saturdays.
Favourite villa moment: Early morning snorkel in the sea!

It was beautiful and the accommodation and location were really lovely. (The) dramatic landscape and the people were so friendly the weather was amazing. A great place to holiday, still unspoilt and relatively cheap.
