This attractive and spacious 3 bedroom apartment is located on the first floor of a two storey villa and offers direct access to the beach below. The villa affords wonderful sea views, comfortably furnished and would suit afamily or a small group of friends.
The apartment features a very spacious open plan kitchen/diner/lounge with a door leading out to a terrace overlooking the sea. There is also a large window in the lounge which offers a nice sea view. There are three bedrooms (2 double bedrooms and 1 twin) and a shower room.
The village of Seget Vranjica boasts 2 harbour restaurants (1 fish, 1 grill) and 2 mini-markets, all within walking distance. This apartment is also in an excellent location for taking trips to Trogir (a UNESCO world heritage site), Krka waterfalls, Split Old Town, Sibenik Old Town and the island of Brac. Location

Pricing Information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.

It was a wonderful place to stay - the location was just perfect with the sea just outside our door and the village itself was lovely. It was very near to Trogir which was gorgeous. Owners were exceptionally helpful and welcoming - it was like going to stay with family.
Impressed with: The scenery.
Not impressed with: It was more expensive than I thought it would be.
Recommend: Obviously Krka waterfalls, Trogir, Split, Cetina gorge. Local beer cheap and very drinkable!

It was extremely hot at night. The air conditioning was only in the lounge and we would have benefitted from a fan in each bedroom. But the advantages definitely outweighed the disadvantages and we would very much like to go there again.
The owners were delightful; they made us very welcome, even though we arrived late due to flight delays. They welcomed us with beer and one day even brought us food.
Impressed with: The beauty, the cleanliness and the roads.
Recommend: Krka National park is beautiful. The wooden walkways are well maintained and the waterfalls into a lake where you can swim were fantastic. Beware of the underwater rocks though; it is quite tricky traversing them to get to the deeper water. Trogir is a beautiful harbour where you can eat and watch the world go by. St Dominik's restaurant was fab.

Recommend: Ribar bar in Seget good quality and value for money. Mountain Bike hire in Trogir located near the wooden bridge - very helpful and can deliver bikes to the apartment.

Excellent. Very efficient through the whole process. Very good location with regards to swimming in the sea. Lovely outlook from balcony.
The owners couldn't have been more helpful and generous. The personal touch made the holiday. They were available at all times but not intrusive. The quiche and apple pancakes were most welcome.
Impressed with: Friendly people, relaxed atmosphere, not being hassled when shopping in markets. Local cheese, ham and wine.

Favourite villa moment: Travelling by boat to an island, swimming in the sea and then having beautifully cooked fish for lunch. The cherry brandy offered on the return boat trip was the finishing touch. The best part of the holiday was the friendly and helpful welcome we got from the Croatian people. Not impressed with: The fact that many of the older buildings in the smaller villages have been demolished and replaced with new structures.

The hosts were more than accommodating by actually taking us to the grocery store on arrival and providing a wonderful authentic breakfast dish on the day of our departure. Lovely people! This was a wonderful property. Our hosts were very warm and welcoming - in fact they went to so far as to bake a cherry pie on our arrival and gave us a lift to the airport on the day of departure. The apartment was very well equipped and had magnificent views of the sea - best of all was the small private and very quiet beach. I couldn't think of a better place to spend a few days away. (Impressed with) Magnificent coastline and lovely weather.

I can just recommend this place.
It would be recommended to mention on your website that this apartment Has wireless internet and the speed was excellent.
Not impressed with: That you still find the photos of a war criminal everywhere even they are Member of EU. Sad to see that there is no local policy for sg like that. That made my mood definitely down and couldn't feel safe in a place where people like a war criminal.
Recommend: Restaurant Bokum in Trogir is a nice place to eat seafood. Homemade style and the food was very very fresh, prices were fair. Mezze and kebab bar ISHTAH in Split offers fantastic oriental food, service is very friendly and local prices.
Favourite villa moment: The sea view from my bedroom and balcony.Comment: Internet has now been added to the site.
