These interior designed spacious two bedroom apartments are one of three apartments situated in a house located in a pretty bay on the island of Ciovo. Ciovo is a small island connected by a bridge to the mainland at the UNESCO protected town of Trogir. Offering direct access to the sea, the apartment is tastefully decorated and offers guests a comfortable and stylish holiday retreat.
The house is approached from the rear where guest car parking is located. There are 2 x 2 bedroom apartments which are accessed from an outside staircase. These 2 x 2 bedroom apartments along with a studio apartment (TG009A) have access to a shared spacious terrace with BBQ, dining table with benches and a lovely positioned pool with views across the bay.
The 2 bedroom apartments are located on the middle (first floor- Apartment 1) and top (second floor – eaves – Apartment 2) of the building.
Apartment 1 (first floor) features an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area with French doors leading out onto a spacious, sea-facing balcony. There are two bedrooms, one double and one with bunk beds. There is also a separate shower room.
Apartment 2 (second floor – eaves) features an open plan kitchen/diner/lounge area with French doors leading out onto a spacious sea facing balcony. There are two bedrooms, one double and one twin. There is also a separate shower room.
All 3 apartments can be rented together which are then presented as a villa (code TG009C) with private pool sleeping 10-14.
The village is shaped around a horseshoe bay and on one part of the beach there is a Tikki bar as well as a waterpolo area for spectator viewing. A few metres from the apartment there is a shingly beach suitable for children. There is a scuba diving centre within 10 minutes walk from the apartment from where sea horses can be viewed off shore as well as other sea creatures. Other places of interest to visit in the area include Split (35 minutes by car), the Krka waterfalls (45 minutes drive) and of course the many islands located in this region.

Pricing and booking information
Pricing is calculated per property per night in GBP Sterling. Many destinations also require tourist tax to be paid. Tourist tax starts from approximately £1 per adult per night, and £0.50 per night per child aged 12-17 at time of travel. If tourist tax is applicable to the destination you are travelling to, this will be shown in the booking process. For tourist tax payable at time of booking, the cost will be added to your subtotal. For tourist tax payable locally, the cost will be shown at time of booking and on documentation.
All bookings subject to booking fee.
A 30% deposit is required at time of booking. Full balance is due 10 weeks prior to arrival.
If booking within 10 weeks of arrival, the full cost of the villa must be paid at the time of booking.
Certain properties require varying payments for bookings. If payments required vary from those above, these conditions will be displayed below or advised at time of booking.

Great location and view. A wonderful villa. The owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs.
The bathroom needs a deep cleaning & disinfection, pipes need to be replaced to get rid of the drain flies that are present.
Impressed with: The nice and clear water of the Adriatic shore.
Not impressed with: The traffic in Trogir / Okrug Gornji is crazy, in august we had to wait every time at least one hour to exit the tourist area by car. A lot of time wasted in the car because the road are very narrow (~4m) and both way traffic!
Recommend: Leonardo Restaurant, Rent a Boat from Marko.
Favourite villa moment: Every evening and morning in the balcony were memorable because of the great view.
Villa Comments: Confirm receipt of feedback including with the negative comment. Regret the guests have discovered such inconveniences. Of course, revision, cleaning and all corrective actions will be carried out for future guests. It was the first comment on this matter in period of renting

We had the most fantastic holiday in idyllic beautiful setting. Would recommend. Caretaker was very kind and helpful when we arrived and throughout our stay. Some instructions leaflets on how to use apartment equipment and may be some maps and a guest book would have been nice.
