These
studio apartments are located on the
sea front and boast stunning views to the islands of Supetar, Bobara, and the bay of Cavtat. Located approximately 15 minutes drive south of
Dubrovnik, the studios (four in total) have been recently modernised and now offer extremely comfortable
accommodation. They make an excellent base to explore the surrounding region by car.
The
apartments are contained within a main villa which houses in its upper level a
large private apartment which has a separate entrance from the studios. The four
studio apartments are located on the lower level and are approached via an outside staircase located to the side of the villa which leads down past a large (shared) BBQ area to the lower area of the villa. Each studio contains a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette and
balcony overlooking the sea. A separate shared utility room housing a washing machine and dryer is also located on this level. A further set of stairs lead from this level down to the beach.
The
apartment provides ideal accommodation for the budget conscious couple or a young family with a young child as a cot can be provided for a small additional fee.
Car hire is also recommended at this
apartment.
