These two beautifully restored Dalmatian stone cottages are separated by a courtyard entrance thus ensuring adequate privacy between the two. Each cottage can either be rented as separate units or both together. Prices quoted are as separate units. Located in the pretty village of Splitska which lies on Brac’s northern coast, the village has 3 restaurants, cafes and a grocery store. Beaches are within easy walking distance.

Entrance to both cottages are via an open courtyard. The first cottage consists of an open plan kitchen/diner lounge area with a sofa bed in the lounge for two and separate shower room. Stairs lead to a galleried sleeping area with twin beds and a door leading out onto a terrace with table and chairs and view of the nearby orange grove and surrounding countryside. The second cottage is similar in layout although more rustic in style and features a double bed instead of twin beds.

The cottages would suit a couple or friends looking to stay in peaceful and picturesque surroundings yet be within easy access to all the attractions the island has to offer.
