Situated in the very heart of Rovinj's old town centre, this 18th century building houses 4 x 1 bedroom apartments. These comfortable apartments, situated within a few minutes walk from the numerous cafes, shops, bars and restaurants, are ideally placed to explore this charming town and its winding medieval streets.
The apartments are arranged on 4 floors (no lift). Each apartment features an open-plan kitchen / lounge / diner, separate double bedroom and shower room. Apartments on the third and fourth floors enjoy beautiful views of the sea and St. Katharine Island. The second floor apartment has partial sea views. Prices listed below are for the first floor apartment. A surcharge will be applied when booking a higher floor.
The city of Rovinj has many islands nearby that are well worth a visit such as Red Island with its many beaches and coves and Katherine Island with its vineyards and olive trees. Banjol Island features an underwater cave. Visits to these islands as well as other nearby places of interest can be easily arranged locally. Day trips to Venice are also available from Rovinj.
