Two bedroom apartment with stunning view of Dubrovnik city and sea

This very spacious two bedroom apartment is located outside Dubrovnik city’s walls and is situated a short distance away from Hotel Excelsior and Grand Villa Argentina Hotel. The apartment is situated on the raised ground floor of a stunning beach front white stone villa and offers guests a fabulous view of Dubrovnik old town and sea.

The villa is approached from the main road which runs down along the sea front to the old town. Guests enter the premises up a flight of stairs and onto the rear patio area which offers outdoor dining facilities. This entrance and patio is used by the neighbour who lives in the apartment behind, as this is a single person the use of this patio in this way is very limited and does not interfere with guest use. Guest enter the apartment from a door located on the rear patio and into a long corridor from which radiate the following rooms: a country style kitchen with separate utility room, a bathroom with a bath and separate toilet, a twin room, a dining room which leads into a lounge both of which offer city and sea views from their windows. Finally there is a double bedroom also offering city and sea views.

The main terrace is positioned to the front of the apartment and contains chairs and tables where guests can sit and enjoy the wonderful view on offer.
